Talk to Us
We read everything. We respond to most things. We judge nothing — except your kid's bat speed and the fact that you're still using that email address from 2004 that ends in "@yahoo.com" and has your birth year in it.
No seriously, we actually read these. Found a closed facility? Tell us. Your listing has the wrong hours? We'll fix it. You're a facility owner tired of people showing up 30 minutes after you close because Google is lying? Claim your listing. Takes 2 minutes.
We're not a chatbot. We're not a support ticket system. We're just two guys who built this because we were tired of showing up to dark parking lots. If something's broken, we want to know before someone else drives 45 minutes for nothing.
Fair warning: If you email us asking why your competitor is listed above you, the answer is "because they claimed their listing and you didn't." Proximity and completeness decide ranking. There's no pay-to-play. There's no sponsored placement. There's just "did you fill out your info or not."
Or just email us at hello@wheretohit.com if you're the kind of person who trusts direct email more than forms. We get it. They go to the same inbox. The form just makes you feel more official.
Common Questions
How do I claim my facility listing?
Use the form above and select “Claim / Update Facility” — or email us at hello@wheretohit.com with your facility name and location. We'll verify ownership and give you access to update hours, photos, and pricing. Free. Takes about 2 minutes on your end.
How fast do you respond?
Usually within 24 hours. Facility claims and incorrect info reports get priority because someone might be driving to a place that's closed right now.
Is it free to be listed?
Yes. Listing is free. Claiming is free. Updating is free. We don't charge facilities to appear on WhereToHit. If your batting cage exists, it's probably already here.
I found a venue that's missing.
Send us the name and city. We'll add it. The whole point is to have every single venue — if we're missing one, that's on us.
